Well, a good example is slime factory. In the overhaul, the entire outside area was make like 3 seconds faster, so I think we should move older times to legacy

All of the times on slime were preformed within the past 4 months, and I don't really recall a track overhaul in that time. It would start to be overly complicated to change boards in that manner, so the way it's done currently is probably fine.
