I've been wanting to get into speedrunning RAC2 any%, but I've pretty much hit a road block on this one. I've done the skip a few times before, but it's very inconsistent and I think that I'm clearly not doing something right. If anybody can explain in-depth how this skip works, I would really appreciate it. Making the jump after the wrench swing isn't an issue. The problem is that I often hyperstrike and kill the enemies rather than do the regular swing 9 times out of 10. FYI I'm playing on PS2 Greatest Hits. |

Hi. I've found that the wrench swing really depends on how you approach the corner and when you jump. How I do it is best shown with video reference. |

Thanks. I've been getting the swing a lot more consistently as of late. I'm not really sure what my problem was before but it's a lot better now. I'm beginning to realize that a big amount of this run is just tricks that you get a feel for, haha. Thanks again for the help. |

i have found it helps a ton if you hold back when you do the first jump, stops you wall bouncing |
