Seeing as the game is free on Mobile, the publishers had to make money somehow and the way they did that is by forcing ads to appear every so often (along with allowing you to buy coins of course, which we can't do in this speedrun). Every time you get an ad it will waste 5+ seconds so it's obviously a hinderance to us.

However simply by turning off the internet on your device and restarting the app, you won't get any ads until you turn it back on. If you're planning to speedrun this game you should do this first before you start.
