Thanks to runner @AdrienSimple for noticing and bringing to our attention.

As document by AdrienSimple for the first ~50 levels, the English versions of the game ("Bust-a-Move") contain slight changes to the puzzle layouts. Some of these changes do help, but overall, most of these changes actually make the puzzle a bit harder due to either the addition of bubbles, addition or changing of bubble colors, or even both.

Based on this evidence, I have implemented a Regional Split so that Japanese and NA/PAL versions will not be directly compared against each other. Overall, Japanese remains the fastest version.
