I understand that banning a user prevents them from submitting their own runs to the site. Is it acceptable for a moderator to submit runs for the banned user if they achieve a record after being banned from the site?
Encountered a video today that shows a way to jump infinitely without any upgrades. This could make the game very very fast, but unfortunately, it is frame perfect. I tested it in a TAS program. In order to do this glitch, you have to jump the frame after dashing. you can either hold R and alternate tapping the D-pad and B, or hold the D-pad and alternate tapping B and R. the time between jumping and dashing is more lenient, but you must always dash then jump the frame after.
This might end up a TAS only strat, but it's cool, and I've gotten at least 7 jumps in a row while testing this on hardware.
I see that 100% has one run but no rules. What all is required for 100%? I'm interested in trying it.
Which of these are required: All quests, all eggs, wallet / butterfly bottle / mushroom bag / keychain upgrades, max level (25) and powers from dojo?
Max level could be grindy but I've had worse grinds in 100% categories before (bakugan dotc).
I think that https://www.speedrun.com/skylanders_extensions is the leaderboard with the most console options right now, at 17. I want to know if anyone can find a board with more options! Some multi game boards don't list any consoles, so I reckon something like Multiple Mario Games would have this if it listed consoles.
I'm keeping a spreadsheet of information related to this game, and although it is very disorganized, it has useful information. The first sheet contains average times for each character beating the first level of the game.
