I'm sorry, but what are you talking about? First off, your first claim makes 0 sense, as there's no such thing as TMP 3 and 4. Second, 10 seconds is saved based on what the announcer says for every question and dialog. Third, each version of the game would just be another game on SRC, as there's no need for extra categories. Fourth, how is there different loading times? Finally, who would take time to splice runs on a Twitch VOD? Sure, YouTube splices would be a thing, but basically every claim you're stating is making no sense at all.

From the videos side-by-side there is no way you save ten seconds without a faster loading time. There should be different categories to distinguish this.

I did just realize that the first and second place are different versions but are the same game, which is weird. But everything related to the run is just normal as the other runs. Nothing else to claim here besides questions about that one statement. And like monkeh_ said, you can't splice a Twitch VOD.

the run was not spliced, the reason it was a 10 second time save was because of narrator rng, im pretty sure that sub 1 is maybbeeeee possible, but it would be rare, and would require everyone to be stupid fast that being said, the run can be improved ik im late as shit to this but i though id say something cause i was apart of the wr run

Just in case there's further questions on the topic of splicing, the first clip is the stream where I highlighted the run. In the second stream clip, , you can hear me say "my audio was disabled for some reason" near the middle/end. Not intentional, but I just forgot to check when I reset my streamlabs OBS.
