I knew that sub-19 was possible with the damage boost at the beginning. You can potentially get a second boost during the fall if you can aim in the dark, but I don't think that alone can get a sub-18.

I tested doing a rocket jump in the exit ramp, but I couldn't make it faster than what's in the video.
