The title, I have global hotkeys on and deactivate for other programs off, help? (If i am on the browser(aka able to interact with the game) then it won't split,if i click on the timer, i can split, but cant play the game) Using latest version, never had anything like this before.

have you turned on global hotkeys in the settings?

Must be a bug or corrupted files. You may have to reinstall livesplit
