I want a capture card. The cheaper the better. I don't want 60 fps or even HD. I just want to record some speedruns. Suggestions?

I personally use an Elgato Capture Card HD60, but that one is pretty expensive. There's also an Elgato HD, which is a bit cheaper. I also found something about AVerMedia and those don't cost a lot, but I don't know if it works for all consoles.
