idk what to name this post I was did a run for any% but I don't know when to split between each level I used to split when the COURSE CLEAR popped up on my screen after I thought it was when you touch the flagpole. I saw multiple different runs and people split at different times.
You can split whenever you want. Only the 1st and the last split really matters
The two most common split times are Course Clear or when the screen goes to red and shows your score. I would advice against splitting on flagpole because it requires timing it while also playing the game while the other two you're just waiting.
