After looking over your run, I've noted a few things wrong with it. Under normal circumstances, your run would have been an Ending 1 for Gate A.
However, the containment of SCP-106, which is required to achieve Ending 2, is a mechanic verified by the game, not us. The voice line required to stop the timer establishes that this is the ending after his containment. The rules enforce that.
Arguably, the cause of this could be due to a bug in a legacy version; 0.9.3. And it would be reasonable to say this bug should not have decided the ending. But by choosing this build to encourage our runners to play on, we should have been ready to accept the consequences of doing so. Bugs are one of them.
Therefore, as of April 9, 2019 @ 00:15 ZULU time, you claim the World Record title. Congratulations!
