0:10 in regular Sonic 1 is the easiest world record in the game, alongside Marble 2 0:11. It is a little bit harder with Knuckles however, because he can't jump high enough to get the full jump clip like Sonic can, and level wrapping is considerably harder due to what is presumably his lower jump height affecting his air drag. To compensate, you will have to get a jump low enough on the ramp's incline so that the fan can nudge you in, and on the jump out, keep holding right until Knuckles has just gone offscreen. During the level wrap, hold left once the left edge of the seesaw touches the left side of the screen and you should get 0:10. Still pretty easy all things considered, especially because Knuckles can do all of this much faster than Sonic can. I had a slow zip adjustment and completely shanked the ending visual cue during the wrap, and still got it.
