𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 Most of what is written in this guide are mostly my opinion and you might not agree with it. Either way, if you don't agree, it's your opinion and I'm fine with that. Skill and experience are important in speedrunning if you plan to take speedrunning seriously. Speedrunning is mostly luck and proper positioning. Even if you played Arsenal for just a few months or even weeks, you can still get a pretty fast run.

𝟭. 𝗦𝗽𝗮𝘄𝗻𝘀 Spawns are one of, if not the most important concepts in speedrunning. Memorizing spawns is necessary to get a fast run. Without understanding how spawns work or how to exploit spawns to save time, it's nigh impossible to get a fast run. I suggest memorizing the placements of spawns and common paths from them. By doing so, you can kill more players without wasting any time.

𝟮. 𝗣𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 Positioning yourself in a location where you can kill players immediately after they spawn is the best way to speedrun. Spawns may change depending on where you position yourself on the map which is why it is essential to learn how to position yourself near a spawn correctly.

𝟯. 𝗠𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 In a speedrun, momentum and speed are very important. A few seconds might mean a lot depending on what map or gamemode you want to speedrun. Do anything you can to keep your momentum while always being ready to shoot any opponent you see. Try doing things like: Pulling your knife out when you're sure nobody is around, using an explosive weapon to propel yourself forward, and taking shortcuts to a faraway location.

𝟰. 𝗨𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 While it may seem obvious, basic knowledge of the game is important in speedrunning. Learning how movements and explosive weapons work are key examples of understanding the game properly. Do remember to utilize what you know as there is no point in understanding if you can't use it.

𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘆 Again, this is all my opinion and you don't have to agree with anything I have talked about in this guide. I only made this guide in hopes of helping someone learn something new. I might not be the best at writing guides but I'll be glad if even a single person learnt something new from this.
