First PB in years, wahoo!!
I was worried I accidentally did an ABH at 5:36, but looking at the showpos, I can see my height is 192.03 (floor height, ie I didn't jump) for the time I'm moving backwards to the time you can see the platform start to move. So regardless of any hops, (I don't think I did judging from the velocity but idk), the speed wouldn't have contributed to the result since I touched the trigger/look before jumping, and I needed to wait for the platform to fully extend to move on.
