A lot of mistakes early on. I think I can get 6:10 with an good run.

At gun pickup I was already 4-5 seconds behind a good run. Made some further mistakes in the following underground levels, but after that the run is pretty good.

Level specific comments (mostly mistakes): Up Down Junction - Mistimed teleport shot. Before the City - Shot too early. Alien City: East Entrance - Shot too early. City Tunnel - Completely failed the gun pickup. This is embarrassing to have in a run. Cost about 3 seconds. Double Jumping - Pretty good. Blocked Way - Went for the backup strats instead of green beam jump because I just wanted a decent time, not necessarily the best. Not even sure it loses time unless the green beam jump is perfect. Mirror Mirror on the Wall - Got confused and made a jump at the start followed by the slow strats (gauss followed by teleport, instead of teleport followed by gauss). The next two levels had slow starts because I was still a little disoriented from recovering in this level and had to think what to do. The Tower - Pretty good. I manage to make the teleport before the big shot whereas others waits for the big shot and shoots their teleport gun over it. Crumbling Sector - Destroyed the block over the blue beam in case I needed backup strats, but turned out it was unnecessary because I got a perfect green beam jump. Antenna Relay - I gain some time here because my movement pattern is quicker than what I see others do. Security Room - Pretty good The Drain - Pretty good. I think I'm the only runner who uses teleport boost here instead of taking the elevator. Basement - Died once. Grigori's tower - Pretty good. My strats are a little faster than abbys71's, but if they go wrong they mean I can't damage boost which effectively kills the run. Not So Hard - Missed green beam jump twice. Amazing Horseshoe - Good. Triple Crossed - Made a quick miss. Orb pickup - Kinda sloppy.
