Define 100%. 4 mods is enough, and I'm active on the site. You requested mod in a submission claiming you were the only active runner. I looked at your past broadcasts and you played for one day. You aren't needed.

I honestly don't know what 100% would be all I know is that there are minigames you can unlock.
