so it was two persons and not a jackal community decision, thanks i was just curious when such a big and controversial rule was implemented. i thought we were gonna stay on the jackal topic and not discuss it in general, i´m sure that discussion will come up somewhere else in the near future.

if you didnt read the smb forum about it i think you should there were discussions there from both sides also. as for smb2 wasnt that run confirmed not legit? i could be wrong on that one but i think WP said it was. i´m just curious about the decision thats all, and thats why i shared my thoughts here and had some questions.

I get the why of doing this, although it could have been rolled out a bit better. Hopefully the other top runner will be able to compete still, lest this kill off what has been a great duel the last couple months.

I really do hope Tian is still running this, it has been a great race and neither of us would have pushed it any further had we not been battling it out. a game that was considered near dead at 7;59 is all the way to 7:44 is incredible. Part of what I love about competition in speedrunning.

runs should not be required to be streamed. as for me, my internet is poor and i cannot stream anyway. a niche rule eliminating much of those that may want to run this.
