For some runs, I see them buy a tnt and gap and for some they buy 2 tnt. For some runs I see them void after the 3rd base and for some I they keep going around the circle. Which is more optimal?

assuming you mean for solo win, gapple is safer but tnt is faster. voiding to go back around the other way is a case-by-case basis to my knowledge, it's just what seems better to do based on who still has a bed, who's winning each fight, etc.
