After I have shot the snipers and start going down from the roof, my game always crashes. Has anyone else had this problem?

I know this is more than a year old, but did you find any solution to this? Cause I recently got a new PC and this always happens on this mission and I can't find any solution elsewhere. It's so god damn frustrating because i'm currently doing a GTA marathon and IV and the episodes are my favourite gta games. Never had this problem on my old PC.
