Since this command spawns a vehicle as an RC vehicle, I had to do all the steps you do when obtaining an RC Bandit. More on that (and ACE) here: https://www.speedrun.com/gtaiii/runs/yo04wg5y. The strat itself is quite simple: find a spot for the Rhino that works. When the Diablo Stallion spawns inside of a tank, it has a chance to move it which triggers the explosion, if enough momentum was given.
