Believe it or not, there are ways to despawn some enemies in Final Fight 2. I made this video a few years ago after finding several instances were you can despawn one or more enemies. Most require using chain throwing enemies unto emerging enemies when they appear on the screen. Some despawns will occur when you leave a barrel or create intact instead of destroying it. The game actually counts barrels and creates as enemies, and as a result, some enemies may not appear at the next force stop.
