Just wondering, what sort of GPU would you need to achieve the framerate required to do some skips, if one was to play on low settings?

I use an EVGA GTX 750TI SC and get around 300 fps when doing the Soldier's Field elevator skip. Through my testing, the minimum fps to be able to do that skip at all is around 150 fps, but 200+ fps is ideal.
