No checkpoints are a good thing and less work. In the end I spontaneously decided to jump over the two blades because they were almost close to each other and otherwise I would have had to make an additional jump to the side. I also threw my head just in front of the target, which I think is just as quick as if you had jumped to the side and then thrown your head directly into the target. So if someone beats the time I will definitely give it a second try.
