Two runs, 2nd and 3rd place if I'm not wrong, did not measure the pencils in the video to show those pencils are equal in length and did not place a ruler to show viewers the pencils are the correct length. Shouldn't that itself invalid their runs?

Well it should, but i forgot that rule existed. I will reject runs for not including this from now. All runs done until now will not be invalidated though.
