At http://pre2.mine.nu/maps.htm you can see that in level 7 there is what appears to be a very useful teleport right above the start but I have been unable to reach it bouncing from the penguin that runs close. Have you tried it at all?

There's another teleport a bit further down the road that I have actually managed to reach successfully 2 or 3 times but it's still very unreliable unless you spot some solid cues to use for aiming. Still, I think it's worth at least a try when passing it in the run.

Try as I might this one seems impossible, there seem to be a few teleport that don't make no sense in this level, but this particular one LOOKS to be lower from the ground that the second one but the first penguin just doesn't seem to get into the right spot, but I will keep trying to do something with it.

And second one is indeed very unreliable I manged to catch it on recording only once, and even with video I still very hard for me to replicate it

Also map shows 2 penguins, but in the actual level there's only one up there, what's up with that? With the help of this nonexistent penguin it might've been possible. Was there a programming error? Is this one meant to be here but just doesn't render for some reason?

More importantly is there a way to render him back?

There's those fast penguins that spawn from the back as you move down the road. Maybe there's a way to spawn one early enough to be useful.

His trigger is right after the first pit, so running penguin spawns in the middle of normal penguin route, making him pretty useless. You cannot even escort a spider or running penguin from later in the stage since they all clip through the ground.

On the side note, this stage in general is all sorts of wacky - those teleports from up there on the map don't just lead to the sky, they lead to instant (unless you hold down and return through other teleport) death and serve no purpose. They are similar to stage 1 sky platforms that, despite being slightly above exit, still cause death when falling off them. It feels like developers wanted to make some sort of bonus here, but didn't have time or something. They are also pretty impossible to find without the aid of the map. All these teleports that serve no purpose, combined with level completion percentage exceeding normal 100, clipping through ground by player or enemies, missing penguin, all this suggests that this level just wasn't completed, making this huge time-saving teleport impossible to reach, at least as far as I tried.

Makes sense. Though who knows, maybe a way to gain extra jump height is still waiting to be found.

It's bloody done, a "way to gain extra jump height" is bloody found:

Holy smokes, no wonder no one ever reached it in years, the hitbox on that teleport is REALLY tight, more importantly - we might have a new technique on our hand, and I can't even begin to imagine what it might bring to the table. Where that extra height (that isn't easy to pull off, yet) Down attack during jump might be useful for?
