Late response but I doubt you could find an emulator for anything but PS2 and it would still not be optimized well so wouldn't be worth it.

But yes, PS2 emulation is wildly inaccurate and doesn’t properly emulate lag or load times (load times can vary on the same computer) so that’s why it’s not allowed for any PS2 KH games.
