for some reason i kept getting flinged backward or launched up no matter what i do even following the guide

are you making sure you fully crouch before you start whitebar, then you start whitebar and uncrouch in whitebar
make your avatar scale 90% width/90% height and try again, it helps for me

how long shouldd i freeze i got it to be launchedd forward just it goes too much or too low
Apeirophobia: Escape From Reality Update
As everyone might already know, after a long time, Escape From Reality update was released on the 22nd of September!
