arbitrarily calling a category 100% is hard because it requires debate. arbitrarily calling a category 200% means that there is more to do than the 'agreed upon' 100%. yeah 200% really isn't a good idea unless the game literally tells you that you have 200%

I feel like a lot of it would be based on your super mario galaxy skills, while all the games skills should be equal

100% for this game is either 120 Stars/Shines and 242 Stars, or just the All-Stars 360 category.

Edit: I'm just now realizing that 242 Stars if Galaxy 2, whoops.
