Hello dear speedrunners, i have several questions to you. My computer is'nt so good to use streaming programms like OBS. Can i capture the video from game with programm like Fraps and than upload it to Youtube. Will this speedrun be here? Also, is it necessery to use Livesplit or other timers at video ?

As long as you have a video proof, it's ok.

I just want to capture one full video with my speedrun, and the only possible way - is capturing by the fraps and the upload to YouTube. So, after i.ve done this, how can i share my speedrun here?

If the game already exist on speedrun.com database (use the search bar on the top), just press Submit a run on the top right corner of the game page. Fill the run submission form and paste your YouTube link in "Video Link". If the game is unknown on speedrun.com database, you have to submit a new game in Games>Submit new game

..... how is it your able to use bloated programs like Fraps to record, and not use lighter developed programs that have several ways of making recording / streaming possible on a variety of system specs depending on what settings you set up with? I'm just very curious on this.....
