I recently Got into speedrunning and wanted to know if I can Upload my video Link From my mixer account? I would appreciate it if I could still submit with the account because I don't want to create a Twitch account and move over to a new platform now.

Yes Mixer should be fine as long as the video is publicly visible. The mods just have to be able to watch it without a Mixer account just in case they don’t have one.
