I feel like this is much needed since every time I had a question specifically for the mods and made a forum post about it a bunch of random people start chiming in and it usually devolves into just people arguing which is neve the intention.

It's like making a support ticket on twitter or something but instead of getting an answer you just get shit talked by non-mods.

I feel like this could be a really useful feature to the site since you can make it like a forum but only mods can see it and the person that made the post/ticket. in that way, you could also mod it more and avoid spamming of a forum with the same topics over and over by having a FAQ that people must read before making a post/ticket and if they make a post anyways it can just get deleted without having a massive discussion that leads nowhere. 

ik this would be difficult to add but I think it would really contribute to the health of the forums and stop a lot of pointless arguments from happening.

That's how forums work.
If you want a private conversation, the site have a direct message feature.
Go to any user profile, and then "Send Message".

You can also contact users/moderators with their social-media links, if they have them.

Yeah, there is a private message system and you can message the mods directly with that. What was wrong with your last forum post, the fact that most people told you why Among Us was not getting accepted and you didn't like the answers they gave? Wouldn't really say it was "going nowhere." Also, forum posts aren't just for you, people can comment on them to talk with each other to discuss the topic that you post about.

Even if you did contact site mods about Among Us being rejected, I doubt that their answers would be any different than ours. :|
