Are there any emulators that are banned for attempts? As of right now i can only do attempts on emulator so any help would be appreciated.

Use BizHawk unless it's banned by the rules of the game. This kind of rules depend on the game you are running.

Always goes on a game by game basis, some communities allow emulators, some allow specific emulators at specific builds, some don't allow emulators at all. If you're ever in doubt, ask on the game's forums (Or if they have one, discord) as you'll get a better response there than our generic "maybe?"
