I just got this background too, literally less than one hour ago I didn't have it. It just looks like a prank or something.

@Liv had someone in England report this problem and said their other English friends experienced it too. I'm guessing this is an issue specific to certain regions, likely a server somewhere where the assets magically got messed up or something.

Alright it appears some US people have had this issue too, and others that haven't had it have gotten it by using a VPN to change locations. Safe to say its an issue specific to certain regions.

@xenkaroshi I had someone yesterday in US East I believe say that with a swedish VPN they managed to get the bug

got it today. in canada. can we be sure this a bug and not something more malicious?
