using ?fastclick=1 makes a world of difference (add it to your browser link at the end if you aren't already). Other than that just practice a ton

Also if you actually want to click fast there's many different types of clicking methods like jitterclicking and butterfly etc.
I personally can't do any of them because I mainly touch web :troll:
