Long story short. I've linked my old Twitch account to my Xbox One but I can't log out of it and I can't unlink it because I don't remember the password to my old account. Anybody have any advice to work this out?

are you able to request a password change for the old account or anything of that sort? maybe talk with twitch support about it

I learned I know the password and all but it won't let me in unless I go through a process that requires me to get an email but I don't know where the email goes.

Im assuming you checked your junk mail and all that? its possible that it could also not be sending as well

what email did you use to make a microsoft account? because thats where it will go, it would probably be better to contact twitch about the account

Nvm. I fixed it by logging it while connecting it to my Facebook. I got it and worked it out. Thanks for the help you tried to provide. Much appreciated
