So it's simply like this:

Any% but you can't skip cutscenes.

So basically it's the exact same thing as Any% but you have to wait longer before you start doing stuff. I'm pretty sure this category doesn't really seem appealing to enough people to be added to the leaderboards. You can do a run of it yourself, but I doubt this will ever become a real category.
