I know I'm a bit hard to understand in this, so let me explain what happened.

On Night 5 and 6, there is a possible time save if you reset the game as 6 AM chimes out. Then, you can skip the cutscene that would normally follow. (on night 5, go to night 6, and night 6 to custom night.)

Now, this trick only works on a NG+ file, as you would normally need to wait out the cutscene in order to get the menu option to trigger, whether it be Night 6 or CN. This is why I question it's legality.
