There is only the red streamer in the streamers category! There are other streamers as well and I think they should be added.

I guess the questions are 1. when to start measuring and 2. is there a demand? (I would like to run...)

I agree that they should, but currently we don't have an agreed upon time to start the run. Red Streamer was obvious in it's start time being File Select since that's how every other RTA run starts anyways, plus there were already runs on just doing Red Streamer since it's only an hour compared to Any%'s 7 hours at least. Meanwhile none of the other streamers have recorded runs and when to start is ambiguous since to include Any% runs for easy category submissions, File Select is off the table entirely, plus each attempt has to be played up to individually before doing the run since there's no in-game way to copy save files.

For timing methods for the start I think First Input after the save after the streamer clear is universal and easy enough to worth considering, meanwhile other ideas have been entering the tram for Blue, setting sail with Bobby for the 1st time for Yellow, setting sail with T.ode for the 1st time for Purple, entering the pillar of light for Green and entering the Airship for the King Olly stretch. All are accompanied by an autosave so I assume it's 1st frame of fade in, but no runs have been done of the other streamers and it was last mentioned months ago on another Forum.

I'd also be down with running the other streamers as well as maybe some of the other category ideas, All Toads and Bobby Death% come to mind

If a run for those categories existed, would the other runners just start the timer the same time the original runner did? Plus if there was a run would it be okay to just post it in the forum?

I assume you mean if it were posted in the forum while the category did not yet exist? I don't see an issue with that, I did so with a video of me doing a speedrun of Scuffle Island

Also thinking about it, Scuffle Island should be a category. I mean it's not like everyone's gonna have the same time on it. It's good to play for a speedrun. Maybe I could try myself. What's your time though?

Yup. And to answer your question Baking_cOokie, my time was 7:58.52, starting after closing the textbox to start the first fight, and ending once the text for the prize total after beating the Buzzy Beetle shows up.
