Maybe there's something I'm missing but I tried adding the Scriptable auto splitter and tried it without, doesn't seem to work. The game does record my time though just fine. Not sure what the issue is?

Is there any way to fix this so I can continue my glitchless run?

I am using steam version. Perhaps this is the issue as when I go under the layout settings it says its set for retail?

1. Are you sure timer is set on game time?
2. Run livesplit as admin (helps in lots of cases) afaik autosplitter is tested on steam version but some people reported to have troubles with it. Maybe it's really works only on retail cuz I've got retail and it works for me.

Yeah, also game has its own timer for levels, maybe u could count your time with that, just put cg_drawTimer 1 in console
