Apologies if this has been asked or answered anywhere but I could not see anything myself. I was wondering in regard to audio during IL or full game runs, would it be allowed to have quiet (video game) music in the background? like everyone does for RE2R (myself included, many of my runs have mgs2 music lol), or is that straight up not allowed for this game? No worries either way but I just wanted to clarify before I may have potentially broken a rule for submission etc

You only need in game audio for runs, you can turn off the music completely if you want :) As long as you can hear the in game audio you're fine to put your own music on beneath it.

Ah fantastic! Thank you so much for the response! kinda jamming to FF8 OST while doing IL's at the moment hence my asking lol

You can also setup audio tracks in obs to remove the music (or whatever plays in that device) from the vod :)
