In a full game run(when it happens would you save your park and go on to the next one or just quit without saving

I don't think it should matter. It should be up to the runner. I'm not sure why you'd want to save the park, though. Seems like that would take more time.

How exactly can you make a full-game speedrun of this game? I remember spending weeks just waiting for the timer go end (usually 5 years)

I would assume since the individual levels stop the timer once the objective is completed and not when the in-game time reaches the end, that would be the case in a full game run. Do Forest Frontier, as soon as you get 250 guests, quit the park and move on to Dynamite Dune, then repeat, etc.

The biggest issue is that in order to do a full run, all scenarios for the base game need to already be unlocked. I've unlocked them all before, but that was on a different machine. I think I'm about halfway done at the moment.

I am also about halfway done

I just discovered Nayuki's near-complete saves. Makes unlocking all the scenarios trivial.
