I'm a brand new runner and I've asked myself, if there would be a software to practise certain spots. On this side I found nothing so I looked that up myself. At first I found a mod that let me start any mission I want, teleport to where I want and tons of other very usefull stuff. Unfortunately the game crashed very often when I was doing missions. I contacted the developer of that mod and we may be working on that. Howeve, there's at least the Savestate manages of Josh. Combining that with a teleport cleo mod I found makes practising whole lot easier too.
To use the mod you have to place a marker to where you want to go to and then press x+y ingame. To make this work, you need the cleo mod and an asi loader. The asi loader is included in the download. Then you just put the teleport cleo (teleport.cs) into the cleo folder in the root of your San Andreas folder.

The GTA:SA community has been deteriorating over a long period of time. Many top runners are not currently present on the leaderboard. This issue has not been seriously addressed yet, but an attempt will be made to remedy it now.
