Everyone have N64 or emulator are baned? Rules dont say they are baned but dont say who emulator i can use too

Emulators are allowed but they are hidden by default. You can see them by going to the filters next to the rules and set them as shown. As for which emulator to use, your best option is to use Project64 version 1.6
