So whenever I try to record LiveSplit on OBS there is thicc Black Lines on the Left and Bottom of the Live Split Timer

not sure what causes it but you can crop the black out with the crop/pad filter

@PlushieMasterYT right click the timer on OBS, hit 'edit transform' or something like that and then change the crop values.
