In New Super Mario Bros. Wii, it’s required that if you get a run under 30 minutes, then you need a video to post it. I did that, and have a video of it in my camera roll ready to go. My only problem is, how do I get a link of my video if I don’t have a Twitch/YouTube channel?

Create a Twitch/YouTube channel. Rather YouTube than Twitch tho'.

It's easy to create a YouTube channel! Just upload the video and submit the link once it's uploaded.

Do you think that the moderators will still accept my run if I post it on a friends YouTube channel? Or should I link my profile with that channel, then post it on that channel?

If you mention in the description of the Youtube video it's your run. It will be fine.

Although if you want to stream, then twitch is acceptable for MOST games, just be sure to not have to much craziness in your highlight. For example, I wanted to post a Fredbear% run for FNaF UCN, and it got rejected because of twitch highlight instead of YouTube. You can export the highlights to a YouTube channel anyway though.
