I like this double KO in some games when one person does some speedrun mode, this double KO... that feels like double death stuff when the main character you play and the final boss die at the same time (crossing the attacks each other), but eventually in some games you saved yourself miraclously but the final boss not xD... that happens in some Capcom games.
I don't have the footage still but I did once rocket myself to death while attempting to lower my health at the end of a Doom episode 1 run
Dying to a mini boss during a tournament match because it just wasn't your day to go in without a sword. I was never prepared for such I'll fate but alas it was a learning experience for myself and everyone. =)
Star Control 3 - The game wants you to be a goody twoshoes, so it has tons of dialog-based game overs if you mash through the conversations too wildly.
The combat isn't normally a problem, but I found out that you can have a double KO with your flagship and the game will continue but then game over you when the NEXT fight ends(and because speedrun, that shouldn't be for minutes).
