why does the Dam WR have mouse movement on the emu but even though I followed the guide to set up the emulator I don't have any mouse movement except for shooting

I also had this problem, in order to get the mouse to work I had to select the Autolock Mouse option at the bottom of the Plugins->input Settings screen. Try that to see if it will make mouse movement work.
