Hello, people!

I want to ask a simple question about the ROM hack submission on games. Do the hacks have to be official hacks (been on cartridge form) or can we submit hacks made by people (lots of which can be found at romhacking.net)?

They do not have to be on cartridges. ROM hacks should probably include pretty much anything that's made for the system but wasn't really released by Nintendo (Unofficially released material around the time Nintendo was in production is a bit more ambiguous.)

I was hoping we could implement a flag to separate them from official game releases while still having them attached to the parent game (if applicable) Just request to add them for now, and we'll get a better indication for them eventually.
