you can, and are you sure it was rsg? because that is an insanely fast time if so

for context, the fastest the wither has been killed rsg is 23 minutes, so to get the wither AND dragon in under 20 minutes would be pretty insane

I think if you got like an enter nether record, and also broke the rsg record, or even just got a pb , you can submit the same video but you may want to add timestamps. I'm not sure of this though, but it looks like you can.

No you couldnt anyway because for all bosses you also need to kill the elder guardian but yes you can submit two runs in one video
