Hey n1mr0d, yes you can as mentioned in the category rules: "AI unit per team = Default is 16 but 32 units can be used"
Hey all, I’m interested in doing Instant Action Hunts%, and after looking through some runs I noticed that everyone is super buffed and one-shotting enemies. Is that a tech or game mode setting? Also, would my runs be negatively impacted if I DIDN’T use the Load Time Remover? Thank you!

For the Instant Action maps you are allowed to use the bonuses provided by the game. You can check more about bonuses/awards on this page: https://battlefront.fandom.com/wiki/Awards . Basically it increases your damage, defense, energy restorarion, etc.
But you don't have to grind for all bonuses if you don't want to. You can download a profile with all rewards at our Resource page (https://www.speedrun.com/swbf2/resources). Just scroll down until you find Save Data for Award weapons. You can find instructions to add it to your game below the download link there (if you are playing on steam).
About the Load Time Remover, it's not a requirement so you don't have to worry that much about it. It does help you timing and comparing your pace overtime more accurate, but recording without it is completly fine.
